OUR TEAM, OUR STORY
Mountain Cranks is a team of professionals composed of 2 guides who speak excellent English and Spanish. Our guides are accustomed to being around an international crowd and we assure our clients a terrific time.

We believe in QUALITY OF SERVICE as the strongest point of Mountain Cranks to promote itself and keep its clients happy. That being said, we aim to become the benchmark for QUALITY OF SERVICE when it comes to Mountain bike adventures and active tourism.

What Can We Offer for You
Hop on one of our mountain bikes and explore one of the best-preserved Mediterranean forests in Europe located only 20 minutes north of the city center of Madrid. Cycle up and down vast rolling hills lined with rugged trails zig-zagging between trees on our guided mountain biking tour. Discover amazing views of the countryside and the emblematic towers of Madrid in the distance. We provide the bikes and the gear you’ll need to enjoy this adventure.

Easy Trails (E)
- Wide trails with sufficient space for recovery and confidence
- Minimal Rocks, Ruts, Roots and Drops
- Average elevation gain for every 20 kms is 100-200 meters
- Stress free with scenic views and normally close to roads for easy exits and quick help or rescue in case of accidents or fatigue
Moderate Trails (M)
- Wide trailIncrease in narrow roads and single track trailss with sufficient space for recovery and confidence
- Increase in obstacles such as Rocks, Ruts, Roots and Drops
- Average elevation gain for every 20 kms is 300-400 meters
- More challenging climbs and fun descents.
- Frequently deeper in the hills with more nature but also further from exit points and roads.
Advanced Trails (A)
- Mostly single track, narrow trails, on hill crests and cliff sides
- Mostly full of obstacles like thick bushes, rocks, roots, ruts and big drops
- Average elevation gain for every 20 kms is 400+ meters
- Steeper climbs and higher speeds
- Requires a better than average skill, technique, and physical fitness to sort out trails safely
